Apartment Dora is located on the second floor, on the right side. What sets it apart is its open layout: you enter one large, airy space where the living room, dining area and kitchen flow into each other — a place where you cook, eat and relax together, with no walls in between.
Straight ahead from the entrance is a comfortable sofa that folds out into a bed for one adult or two small children, with a smart TV for a quiet evening in. In the middle of the room is the dining table, and to the right, a kitchen equipped for preparing simple meals.
To the right of the entrance is the bathroom with a bathtub and everything you need. On the left side is the bedroom with a large double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
From the bedroom you step onto your own balcony with a view of the sea and the center of Gradac — the beach is only about a hundred meters away. In the evening, as the lights of the town sparkle before you and moonlight spills across the surface of the sea, you sit back in your own privacy, with the scent of the sea in the air. A place where the day begins and ends at its most beautiful.

Every apartment comes with its own reserved parking space, and all apartments are fitted with brand-new air conditioning units — Lora and Niko, as the larger apartments, have two each, so a pleasant temperature is guaranteed in every room.
In the living area, you’ll find a sleek smart TV with access to MAXtv (150+ regional channels) and HBO Max — perfect for a cozy movie night. There’s a secure safe in the wardrobe, and in the bathroom, a digital scale and a full-feature hair dryer with attachments to help you get ready for an evening by the sea.
For added convenience, every apartment includes an ironing board, iron and steam iron. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need — and more: a microwave, ice maker, induction cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, and capsule coffee machine. Your welcome setup includes coffee capsules, a selection of teas, white and brown sugar — because details matter.
