Apartment Sara is located on the second floor, first on the left — and first in line for a reason. It is named after Sara, grandfather Jozo’s first grandchild, the one who runs the apartments today and carries on the story he began.
You enter through a hallway from which the whole apartment unfolds. On the left is the kitchenette, equipped for preparing simple meals, followed by the bathroom with a bathtub, a hair dryer and a scale.
The hallway leads straight into the dining area, from which the apartment branches out to both sides. To the left is the bedroom with a large double bed, bedside tables, a work desk and a wardrobe. To the right is the living room with a comfortable sofa that folds out into a bed for one adult or two small children, a smart TV and everything you need for a quiet evening in.
From the living room you step onto your own balcony with a view of the sea and the center of Gradac — the beach is only about a hundred meters away. In the evening, as the lights of the town sparkle before you and moonlight spills across the surface of the sea, you sit back in your own privacy, with the scent of the sea in the air. Some evenings you don’t photograph — you remember them.

Every apartment comes with its own reserved parking space, and all apartments are fitted with brand-new air conditioning units — Lora and Niko, as the larger apartments, have two each, so a pleasant temperature is guaranteed in every room.
In the living area, you’ll find a sleek smart TV with access to MAXtv (150+ regional channels) and HBO Max — perfect for a cozy movie night. There’s a secure safe in the wardrobe, and in the bathroom, a digital scale and a full-feature hair dryer with attachments to help you get ready for an evening by the sea.
For added convenience, every apartment includes an ironing board, iron and steam iron. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need — and more: a microwave, ice maker, induction cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, and capsule coffee machine. Your welcome setup includes coffee capsules, a selection of teas, white and brown sugar — because details matter.
Next to every bed is a modern night lamp with warm light, a built-in Bluetooth speaker, clock and wireless charger — all in one. You’ll also find soft, rechargeable romantic lamps on the balcony and beside the bed, setting the perfect mood for a relaxed evening.
Each apartment is also equipped with a cordless vacuum cleaner — because even barefoot cooking deserves a clean floor — and beach-ready extras like two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), two bikes, and foldable beach carts for stress-free seaside days.
